Yes, for a population of 7.5 million people with our population density, 300 cases (almost none of which are going to the hospital) is exceptionally low. For a miniscule fraction of corona cases, corona will be life threatening and require hospitalization. 90+% of people can treat themselves at home with OTC anti-fever.
