I suspect the lack of a response may have something to do with the vulgar, curse laden e-mails that he says he sends when he wants to get the company's attention. I have to imagine there is a policy allowing CS personnel to ignore such e-mails. Also, why not call? I've always gotten a live person pretty quickly.

Try their facebook page during normal business hours. They are quick to respond to public complaints like those.

Fair enough, but there is no excuse on their part for neglecting to respond to my properly worded email complaint 3 months ago.

That aside, It's understandable if amathew's response delay is due to the hurricane...

Only 15%. The corporate membership cannot be stacked. When percentages are stacked though you don't add the percentages.
25% + 15% = 63.75% of original number or 36.25% off.


Current sale also excludes Black Fleece.

Profanity is much more fun when the recipient is a live person rather than an email address.

AS has double nails on heel, C&J single with either one or three nails in front area of heel. Doesn't look like either, so probably Loake?
