This is a sad day for BB.com customer service...
I suspect the lack of a response may have something to do with the vulgar, curse laden e-mails that he says he sends when he wants to get the company's attention. I have to imagine there is a policy allowing CS personnel to ignore such e-mails. Also, why not call? I've always gotten a live person pretty quickly.
