Good look NYR and inspiring boots CP.

FWIW I ended up getting some chocolate brown AE Daltons tonight. I just couldn't justify spending 200 dollars more on the Carminas when they are very similar and I am not even sure the last will fit my foot (of course I could order them but)...

I tried on the Daltons and really like the feel and the fit and I didn't really want that sleek of a boot as I think they look really out of place with jeans or chinos. I am not even sure I am much of a sleek last guy anyway as my feet are rather wide and I think they may look odd on me. In either case, I think they will look good with everything from flannels to jeans and the fit was great.

Still looking for suggestions on the longwing, I am kinda deadset on getting one as I love the style. I was thinking maybe something in cigar shell. Suggestions? I hear good things about the RL C&J cordovan wingtips, anyone have any experience with them?

are those the brown or the rust? what are you using to care for them? they look pretty ******* good.

The boots are brown. I use Montana Pitch-blend (water repellent) Leather Dressing. No matter how beat up the boots get, this stuff brings them back to looking good.

Daltons - they can pull double duty as both interview and casual. I've never thought of shell as interview worthy. Not a fran of either of the longwings.

I have some as well but I always thought it left them looking dull and lifeless. Maybe its the humidity down in MIA. Obenauf's always made them look better. I'd been polishing them with Saphir before I left.

Yesterday's attire. As you see, the date on the wristwatch is wrong, sloppy me forgot to set it right.

if the "jawnz" conversation is still happening. "jawnz" doesn't necessarily refer to jeans it can refer to any item that is "cop worthy" in the words of swd
also in reference to the girl conversation, it definitely depends on the girl and the situation in what they are going to be attracted to, if I am going to a punk concert no chick is want to get with a dude with a ribbon belt and blazer, but if I am at a preppy summer party with wasps the opposite will be true
