So I have an interview coming up where I am required to take the Watson Glaser Critical Assessment Test

Seems like preparation is futile, which worries me as I get nervous when I am not able to go into a test well prepared.

Any of you guys take this test?

I think its quite common for larger/more modern companies.

I have taken every test imaginable. I even had one when I was interviewing for a job that hit you with complex word problems. There were 20 questions in paragraph form you had exactly 3 minutes to read and answer the question before it moved to the next. Some required complex math and I was dumb enough to take the test at midnight thinking it was a personality test. I finished in a cold sweat. They offered me the job and I said no thanks.

Most tests are personality based and they are really more about how you want people to perceive you. Relax it's just a test...if you want to fight tension make yourself smile...I use the technique in my golf game and it works.
