It would be great to get an answer to this question. It seems to be a cryptic, mysterious process.
The forum sucks, and takes ages (or can, surely) to be granted access. May be worth signing up and shooting them an email/DM on social media to convey interest/maybe grease the wheels to speed the process

This is their own main collection book not LL. It's a lovely cloth not the same as the blue/grey herringbone from LL. It's a standard grey herringbone shetland tweed. I can also tell you it's also almost 2/3 cheaper compared to LL.

I was referring to this cloth, which seems identical to the Concordia tweed, a recent LL product:

I remember I applied to LL and took several months to be approved. I browsed the forum for a bit but never posted anything since nothing ever happened there. Not like our CEsspool.

I remember there was a Kirby Allison video where he said he was denied entrance since he worked in "the trade".

Now I just imagine Michael perusing the shitpoasting here while doing the Kendrick dance with Not Like Us playing in the background...in a tweed no lighter than 18oz, of course.

This might be a stupid question, but how do you guys source your fabrics?

Do you have fabric stores in your city? Do you order online? If so, from where?

Unless it’s vintage or a special run like LL probably best to just order through your tailor. Almost always their trade price will be better than yours at retail.
