Are these a thing? I saw one once, chuckled at the name and moved on.

I didn't write the article, and as far as I can tell there is no hyperlink to the thread. It's a strictly paper publication.

    But even if it did...DILLIGAF?

Yes...his first name was Guy and he took rodeo drive from some peaceful little street to what it is today, and his store only sold mr guy stuff and italian tailoring, thus was the go to for all the stars of the time. He was the original mr Beverly Hills before Gorgio...can't find his stuff anywhere

PSA for folks in the greater Atlanta area: Marshall's at Lindbergh has 2-3 racks' worth of Books Brothers Black Fleece. Outerwear, shirts, pants, suits, sport coats, and knitwear (including cashmere) -- everything is marked $129.99. Multiples of everything, sizes from BB0 to BB4.

Thanks Wes. Thanks Spoo & Orgetorix for granting interviews. You guys are the talent; I'm merely the scribe.

As some of you have noted it's "quick and dirty" because it's a paper-only pub specializing in vintage/antiques so there was only so much space and I had to zero in on vintage clothing -- I wish I could have interviewed many more folks from this thread!!!!!!! If I get another assignment in this topic area I will definitely be calling upon more of you for the next turn. And I would hope I can focus on modern treasures we all find at thrift stores, too next time around.

Thanks for the info. Wow!. Kicking myself now, but this must have been 3-4 years ago. Haven't seen one since. I've seen a handful of Mr. Leggs, though.

Anyone interested in proxying any suits or overcoats (3/4 length or full length) in BB4, I'd greatly appreciate it. :)
