I really liked it, as fruity as it was. Glad you are too. Took me one day to bang it out.

Hey Wes, got the coat! Thanks a lot man. Now I just have to wait 7 months to wear it [IMG]

Note for others: Wes is a cool dude, quick to ship, and overall just awesome to deal with! We had an awesome trade go through. This thread has been incredible for me to get some great stuff without breaking my "college graduate-with-tons-of-student-loans budget". I want to thank you all for your help/knowledge/excitement to check what's the latest find on the thread! [IMG]

Figured I better sneak in here before the usual suspects destroy the thread for the day

One store yesterday... real heartbreak, too, as I found two BB 1818 Madison suit jackets in Saxxon wool that had no pants. :( Also a pair of Chip & Pepper jeans that someone had purposely cut up at the bottom with scissors... ugh.

Did have a few pickups, though, none in my size so all available. :brick:

Incotex for Facconable linen pants, size 38 (claimed)

Some NWT Levi's 514 slim straight jeans that looked pretty awesome, unfortunately not my size at a 38-30. (claimed)

NWT Paolo Mondo cashmere argyle sweater, interesting, size M.

    BB argyle wool vest, M
    [IMG]

Saweet Norman Hilton lightweight unlined 3/2 sack patch pocket summer blazer with MOP buttons, tagged 44 extra long, dated (I think) 1967... and check out that partial lining! O_O
 just noticed that with the flash you can sort of even see through this thing - it's SERIOUSLY lightweight, wow.

Southwick glenplaid 2b center vent, 23.5 pit to pit, feels like some cashmere content so I picked it up.

I found this heavy flannel chalk stripe suit with peak lapels this weekend. Unbranded, but fits like a glove. Not quite the score I've seen on this thread, but it both fits, and fills a hole in my wardrobe, so I am happy. BB tie was also thrifted.

I found a brand new with tag Hickey Freeman Collection _________________ shirt. I need help filling the blanks, is this a tuxedo shirt of sort? It's available as it's a little large for me if you are in the market for a ________________ shirt.

I don't know, but rich people move there from the mainland and maybe they donate their clothes they can't wear so much when they arrive?

    That RLPL is a beaut!

I just ebayed my damaged black one for the awesome grand total of $12.50, which will net me probably $5 when all is said and done. You should get much more out of that one.

Guys, this all sounds great but it's gone as fast as the next page of this thread arrives. Do us all a favor and make it part of the permanent record.

    1. Wes, go to the B&S forum and start a thread with the coat and immediately close it as "Sold".
    2. Send Mr.D a link to the thread.
    3. Mr.D, follow the link and copy the address at the top of the screen.
    4. Click on capnwes' screen name and look for the "Trader Feedback" link on Wes' profile.
    5. Click on "Leave Feedback"
    6. Paste the address and follow the rest of the instructions with you as the buyer and Wes as the seller.
    7. Say nice things about Wes.
    8. Wes can do the same for MrD.

This way, we can all build a rep as the trustworthy fellows that we all are. I'm PRETTY sure this is all legal.

You can see a few examples if you click on my profile or for a REALLY good time, check out Spoo. :teach:

Hah! you posted before I got my edits in.

It's a breeze except I can never figure out how to put a picture of the item in the icon that accompanies the thread. Any help there would be appreciated.
