Did you check the first post of this thread?
It's probably a bit out of date but RalphLauren.com is the only place that sells RRL online.
The other places will do phone/email orders.

Sale is at all RRL stores. Didn't see signs mentioning the discount, but they are discounted

Me? I pretty much stick to the more conservative RRL stuff although I did pick up the Gambler leather jacket last month.
Also my wife got me that black and grey wool plaid shawl collar jacket for xmas.

ebay. That Japanese website is resellers who are buying at outlets and sales in the US and then shipping back out there. So those are all likely out of season items.
