I suspect there's also a bit of a Bijan "exclusivity" factor at work. To the extent his motivation was not just normal horniness but an aspect of the whole arrogance/drunk with power thing, I would imagine her sheer priciness (as a proxy for desirability, exclusivity, luxury, unattainability, whatever) was part of the draw.
