The Carters are suhweet.

Suede - calf shoes never really did it for me but congrats on getting them at a great price.

Great haul. Someone mentioned EG Carter was in fact the same as RLPL Carter, EG was just selling the leftover stock. I think EG Ecton is the closest to Carter.

I love calf & suede combo too, but they're pain in the @$$ to clean and polish.

Yep, I suspected the same though I was suprised to find no RL markings on the shoe and even the box described the shoe as the EG Carter.

Does the suede portion of the Clinton match the color of the smooth leather better in-person? I think the flash is making a noticeable contrast in coloring.

Yep - I really need to get a better camera. The suede resembles the EG mink suede and the calfskin is a lot like EG's dark oak.
