I always say I'm going to grow my hair out but never do. Now I think I might just say ******* and do it after seeing drew's pic again. I might even buy a blow dryer.

i'd like to think i'm a success story. although, that's probably because my original fits were so bad, that my new ones can only be better.

Have you guys ever seen a few pieces online and begun to construct a sort of conceptual full outfit in your mind, then tried to go about assembling pieces of the fit until you have them all? I think about it all the time

what's the background of your name...dingusberry.  it makes me think of something else, every time.

It is actually what you think of, namely dingusberry and not dingleberry as that guy under you said. Dingusberry and dingleberry is something different but has something in common.

Ordered d. coffin's book on shirtmaking, might add trousermaking too. Why buy clothes when I can make them to spec? ;)

Bought the shirtmaking book last week, pretty good resource except he doesn't actually teach you to make shirts to spec - you have to modify an already existing pattern. He does teach you how to make a pattern out of an existing shirt, though.

Also, the pants book is the same and apparently not as good as the shirt book.

i guess, but it usually flops after i look for one thing and can't find anything like it and then run out of places to look and just give up any hopes of ever being good at this

Yea, I hate hidding walls and there being nothing to serve as a substitute. I've been PMing people who have already bought things and making offers to get rare pieces hahaha
