That's fair enough. I think the ASOS collaboration is on a single sole too.

And Tom I love the black upper/natural sole combination. Makes what would otherwise be a pretty boring black brogue an excellent casual shoe. I have a similar pair myself.

This pic makes me think you sit in your stockroom trying on shoes and taking pictures all day. Not bad work if you can get it, I guess.

I never really considered grey leather boots, but they look amazing and they appear to have aged well, which would have been a concern of mine prior to these pics.

yes i thought the exact same thing about buying a grey boot...?? how will it age? but after 2 years of just wearing it and not really maintaining or polishing them, they have just started to develop a character to them that i like.

i was sooo excited trekking all the way to Jermyn street Tricker's [from Trafalgar Sq] the very 1st day i got in. i've already decided on a UK8 w/fitting 6 Malton Commando pair in Tan C__ but, when i saw the grey pair next to the C, it was a total 180 in a snap. i sooo lost it, that i forget to take photos. unfortunately, they only stock them in fitting 5 which i truly tried, but just dint work for me__ the special order wouldve cost a whopping GBP 475 [vs. 310 w/vat in-store]. that's like the equivalent of the Nepentheseia x Trickers [below]:
