Jeans:
I'm just gonna stick to the essential 501 STFs.
Currently I wear a 34x32 or a 36x32 depending on the brand. I'm on a diet hoping to lose about 20lbs. So I may need to size down or up or stay at this depending on my final weight/bodyfat/waist size. What's the difference between the $40 levis 501 stf and the $100 levis 501 selvage stf...basically what's the difference between regular raw and selvage raw?

Shoes:
I REALLY like my current asics onitsuka tigers and was looking for similar shoes.
Also my doctor recommended I wear shoes with an "ARCH" as they provide more knee support and comfort for flat footed people

Anyone know of any shoes, currently I exercise in my "doctor approved" nike shox and they're really comfortable for my knees

TShirts:
I'm trying to find the perfect tshirt for me that's relatively inexpensive. I've tried some Walmart Hanes and the polyester/cotton are a BIG NO NO, however the 100% cotton ones that don't come in the plastic bags are okay. I'm thinking of trying out some Target Tshirts. Anyone wanna recommend some 100% cotton tshirts?

Lastly, I live in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania. The only "BIG" stores around me are Ross/Target/Burlington Coat Factory/JCPENNEY/Sears/Bontons/Boscovs/GAP/EXPRESS/American Eagle/some other chains but don't expect me to find Saks and 5th tier stuff here.

Welcome to the forum. There are stickies on the top for newbies to ask questions. Starting threads like these are generally frowned upon.

You need to be more specific on what type of shoe you're looking for. New Balance makes some good sneakers that provide a lot of support but they are mostly seen as athletic shoes and should be worn in the gym or for other similar occasions.

Check out AmericanApparel for some t-shirts that come in different fabric blends and a wide variety of colors. They have a website (americanapparel.com) if you don't have a store near you.

You can find a lot of good deals at those stores you mentioned. Gap is a very good starting stone for may ideas. Look there. Remember, fit is the most important thing.

Well I've done some browsing and I really like Golas/Asics/PF Flyers/Vans Moccasins/RAF Simmons (a bit pricey).

I've heard bad things about AA so I'm gonna stay away. However I'm looking into some Meronas and Hanes...but hanes has way too many god damn tshirt styles from tagless to perfect to beefy and tons more. It's so hard to choose, I just want a thick fitting crewneck that won't shrink much and won't stretch (I have 90%cotton/10%polyester and I really hate these as they hug my body too much) I also have some tagless Hanes which are 100% cotton and they're a much better fit.

You mentioned American Eagle is in your area. Depending upon your age, they are currently selling solid colored crew neck tees in about eight different colors. They are fitting but they don't smother your body.

Your best bet is that the rest are pretty much ****. But, if you want to spend more $ for quality, there is a sale a DJpremium.com for Nudies and I got 2 airs for <$195 which is a steal. Otherwise, WESC has some pretty nice-looking raw/selvedge denim (my opinion) for <$100..
