@luxire ,
Thanks for making the BF sale happen.
Overall I think a good sale, and already placed my order as well

What I do want to criticize you a bit on is the fact that you increased your price on the white warzone shirt, ahead of the BF sales. I order one during the past weeks, and noticed it being cheaper back then compared to the current prices ;)

The Luxire.de website is so incredibly bad still. I ordered seven shirts yesterday that were on sale, I assumed due to black friday as those same items are discounted on Luxire.com. They confirmed the order and my request for styling and measurements yesterday but now they've sent me an e-mail to say the items I selected are standard, non MTM, items and I can't customize options and measurement. Absolutely nowhere on the website does it say this, the items are listed the same as any other. Very frustrating and surely would be considered false advertising under EU law.

I order via international website because most of the time customs/duties are the same anyway.

Agree that Luxire.de site is quite bad. Is being redone.

Did the items you order say that they could be customized or be custom made? EZS products are standard items and cannot be customized. So, if you order items that cannot be customized and then send us an email to custom make them, we could only refuse.

I don't think assumptions are covered under EU laws.

If I open your website there is a massive banner that says CUSTOM MADE SHIRTS. If I click that banner it brings me to a gallery of options and two of the so-called 'EZS' shirts that I ordered are literally in that gallery. So yes, the website absolutely suggests that these are custom made shirt options making it false advertising.

Besides, none of the items on your website specifically say custom made or customizable in the item name or description but everything on your website indicates that they are.

You can't reasonably expect customers to understand an item with 'EZS' in the name means that item is different from every other item on your website if there is no explanation anywhere on the website of what EZS means. There was absolutely no way for me to know these are supposed to be non-customizable items. If these are supposed to be ready-to-wear items then why aren't they on the ready-to-wear page of the website? If they were I wouldn't have ordered them.

I've been regularly ordering from Luxire for over nine years now and I'm generally very pleased with the quality of your products but the website and general customer service has consistenly been severely lacking despite continued promises of improvement.

Thank you for the feedback! We will certainly make improvements in the areas of customer service and also make the site more informative.
