It is water repellant. Water will bead off of it in the rain. It is not fully waterproof.

why do u think it won't fit ? Because of the Mercer cut or the width? Me personally I don't have anything Mercer other than the net tank which i ha ent even worn yet ilike it just not really my style of cut/tee...just me tho
