@Coxsackie They're Church's Grizzedales. Got them at Barneys...think they may have been an exclusive.

Hmmm. Well that coat is not working and I dont like shoes there, not dressy at all. The shirt is also too dark/saturated for a jacket and tie imo. Pants are also too similar to SC, looks to close to being a suit but not, needs a shade lighter gray or navy imo.

Fair points, all. Regarding the cost--whats not working about it for you? Anyways, thanks for the feedback.

Edt: AAS what about a pair of Swangerman's Church's 'Grizzedales'?- sounds perfect for a Gryffindorean.

Thanks for the thumbs guys! I really appreciate it, made my morning. + Some great fits here lately, I love this thread.

Not sure where else to ask: are there any good deals on black captoes right now?

It's a fine coat, I just don't think that the color is working there. It especially stands out because everything else was so low contrast.

Maybe I should move away from the half Windsor; it always seems a bit lopsided.

Jacket: PS London
Shirt: Hackett
Tie: Drakes untipped
Trousers: RL
