Though the weather today in NYC is more suited to less attire, I've a co-op board interview this afternoon, necessitating the wearing of a suit and tie, in a rather more severe color scheme than is my norm. Let's hope that it works.
Suit - Paul Stuart Shirt - Tyrwhitt Tie - BB Braces - Paul Stuart Cufflinks - Niletti Creations Shoes - C & J
You're looking to move? If so, good luck! (I trust you've already identified your future fitpic spot...)
I didn't thumb because I can't really see anything other than that it's a dark suit. I can actually make out more from Justin's pictures...

Thanks!

Yes, Siena (and also Lucca) is beautiful, but Firenze much more beautiful! Hehe yeah, I'm also thinking about going there for the next palio in 2 weeks.
Of course, Firenze is a beautiful city, but i really like the charm of Sienna. I'm remember a delicious pasta plate with wild boar in a little restaurant between two hills.

Don't forget to take pictures if you go to Palio.

Thanks for the good wishes, and no, fitpic spot hasn't been chosen yet. As it is, the place needs significant renovations before we move in, so you'll be stuck with the current fitpic spot for some months to come. However, when the move happens, I may have the Empire State Building as my background :).

Yes, I agree I'm struggling to get a great amount of detail into my pictures at the moment. I'll try some different angles and lighting, but I may have to resort to a better camera at some point.

IME the single best thing you can do to improve your pics is to understand lighting. If you can figure out how to make it work for you it can improve your pics by quite a lot.

@chocsosa I like it a lot, except for the PS fold. It looks silk to me and because of that I feel like it would be much better in a puff. All in all, a great look though.

If you keep saying things I agree with, we're going to need some proof that this is the Real Caustic

. :)

Lucan, a better camera will do better in poor light conditions, but you should be able to get a good enough picture with a phone camera if you have light.

It is silk.. I typically would have it in a poof but I was trying to take pics really quick before heading to work, so I forgot to get it that way.. I have done it now so all is well! Thanks for the words Caustic!

A puff would help, in that I think you need to see more of the white in the square, but ideally another square entirely here is probably a better move - one that isn't as matchy with the tie and provides more contrast to the suit. YMMV.

Probably a white square would have been a a safe choice (albeit boring)...you work with what you have and this is the best square that I had for the this look..the colors might be very similar but I feel the patterns in the P.S set it apart enough.. but as you said JC, YMMV
