I got it from my local flower shop. I wanted something like this:

I've done it, but no pics. I like one that's pretty open, and then you need to do a bunch of surgery to the base of the flower. The Brioni bouttonniere book talks a little bit about the procedure. About the size, the larger the better for me. --Andre
