I voted for PT, not just because of the hair shoes, but because HE IS WEARING A TURTLENECK UNDER HIS SHIRT

There are some great looks here but the shoes aren't really weird

those aren't sambas man, they're one of the most influential sneaker designs (adidas superstar or probably better known as shelltoes)

Wow, looks like a landslide victory for Aeglus! best 'out-there' shoes, PTWilliams best 'why didn't I think of doing that' photo, NYRanger's shoe circle best 'overall look', Holdfast(man, that suit looks really, really, great) overall 'best out there shoes combined in a cohesive fit', Aeglus honorable mention to NDW, love the suit/tie, great fit! Not so sure of the shoes with it? Some other great shoes, but no overall fit pics-no vote!
