Filson store closing sale...

The Denver (Cherry Creek North) Filson store is having at 50% off going out of business sale. The brick and mortar store has been there for about five years. The Orvis store a block away seems to be struggling as well. Not surprising in today's economy.

Is this an official Filson store or just an affiliate?

Looking up the Cherry Creek Mall website, I don't see either the Filson or the Orvis store under Store Listing.

I notice that Cherry Creek North also has a Loro Piana boutique, which to me means it's a very high-scale mall. I guess people just don't get the subtleness of well-made (American made) quality products.

I just purchased a carry on bag (290) thru Crane's. Doing my little to help out

They have already shipped several of the better selling items back to the Seattle store, including the coveted Mackinaw and Double Mackinaws. If you go in spend some time chatting with Kevin, he's quite a knowledable guy, not just about Filson.
