IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT following FPL site problems

Along with the FPL now giving free transfers up until the start of GW2, league administrators have the choice to re-start the league from GW2 so that scores from GW1 are excluded. If the majority of players would like the league to start from GW2 I will do so, but I would prefer to include this weeks games, as I'm unaware of any members having significant site problems preventing them picking a team. I also feel that re-starting the league at GW2 would unfairly disadvantage those players who were prepared to take gambles on unseen players or potential non-starters prior to the first weeks play.

I noticed that there was some problems with their site but I managed to select the team I wanted and since there hasn't been any complaints in the thread I would assume that's the case for most of the others as well. Don't think we should re-start the league.

Since there were no complaints about problems with picking a team, a league restart would be unfair to those with good scores.

Another concern.... when I try to make 5 transfers in addition to the 1 free transfer I already made, I am asked to confirm that I agree to have 20 points deducted from my score. Do I or don't I?
