With Persie's glass ankles it's difficult to tell I suspect Darren Bent's shoulder and Lampard's sore throat will have cleared up by Saturday though...

Can't wait for this season to start. Well, as an Arsenal fan, I'd be a little more excited if this Fabregas/Nasri saga bullshit would just end one way or the other, and if we could just get a CB. My lineup appears to be all set for week 1 and once again I am Gunner-less. Considered Gervinho at 9.0 but passed for cheaper options and everyone else just seemed overpriced. However, Wilshere's on the radar at 6.5. Just not sure about his latest injury and if he'll be in a role to score many fantasy points.

Was concerned about Gervinho until I saw the debut at the Emirates Cup, he and VP were connecting perfectly. If that continues, they'll be a pretty damn good combo up front
