I highlighted those brands familiar. Sunspel is not available around here, my favourites for underwear are Hanro and Zimmerli (when found on sale).

This is the best style piece Esquire has done in a while. It is interesting and seems fairly comprehensive. I would love to see someone do it for US manufacturers.
