There was a slight upcharge but last I talked to Solegarb they were all out of kudu.
The kudu was sourced by Solegarb and I believe the pebody kudu supply is no longer available.

Well I have no doubt that the Pebody kudu is no longer available.
The tannage for Ttown's pair (while still very very nice), is almost certainly not Pebody as well.
But it looks tremendously good so I'd still be interested.
But if Solegarb is out of kudu, then we're **** outta luck.

As far as I know (and I could very well be wrong about it), Solegarb ordered the last of the Pebody from AA Crack.

I'm quite sure Ttown's kudu is the Pebody kudu. I believe it's the deadwood kudu here: http://www.aacrack.co.uk/catalogue.asp?product_id=241&option_id=2209

I have 2 pairs currently only order from Solegarb, one in mustang and the other in charcoal. I should be getting my mustang kudu's soon but there were delays for the charcoal.

Steed has Kudu but it's not the same as GG used before (the St James run etc).

Yes - 8.5UK for my Bonafe in 363 MOD, 946E and 946F. However, I'm going to go with 8UK when I go with a 804 last pair, based on some research and discussion with Gabriel at Skoak and other members here.

To dig up an old post, how does 363 MOD compare to the 946E? I know they are certainly very different, just wondering exactly how

It is definitely a different fit, but it works well enough for me that I wouldn't size down to 8UK by any means. I'll try to scrounge up some time for comparison shots between my EB shoes in 363MOD, 946E and 946F. The 363MOD in 8.5UK fits me well for length, and at the toe box I have a good amount of room, which is comfortable, and fits better than the 964E does at the toe box. The heel on 363 MOD is a bit loose for me, but this hasn't been a problem for the 2 chukkas that I have after lacing them up. Same goes for instep. The heel on the 946E is definitely tighter and fits better for me, and the instep is lower, which is better.

Pics would be great, throw in a Simpson last also if you can.

I'm on the narrower side & pretty much stuck on MTO and want as much info as possible, sounds like we share similar feet, and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you !

Not in those leagues quite yet T-Baller

But 41.5 Vass U last, 41 or 41.5 F last, 8UK Carmina Simpson, 9C AE 65 Last.

IF @cattitude is correct on the 946E fitting, I think an 8UK would be almost ideal for me. Just would love to see side by sides.

I am 10C AE 65 last or 9.5D or 9D 10C is very good. Vass 42.5 U last, 42 or 42.5 F & k. Last EB 8.5uk on 946 8uk on 804, don't know simpson guess would be 9uk.

Will get those pics later after work - but for this exercise - all standard width unless otherwise mentioned:

Vass - P2, F and Budapester - 42.5 - P2 fits me best - my favorite fit probably
St.C - one pair only classic last, 8.5UK fits really nicely
Carmina - 8.5UK in Forest (good fit), Rain (not a great fit, wide heel, not the right shoe for me), Alcudia (good fit - this is a narrow last at the heel), Detroit (good fit, but a chukka only so it works with the heel fine when tied up), Robert (best fit for Carmina). I don't have any Simpson, but i'm a 9UK, would be a tight 8.5UK, too tight at toe-box for sure
Enzo Bonafe - 8.5UK in 946E, 946F and 363MOD - as detailed above

I am surprised you don't take 8uk Detroit last on suede chukka

Yea, that seems to be the popular POV re: the Detroit last, but for me, I don't mind the looser feeling of the chukka boot on Detroit, once its tied up and over the ankle - it fits nicely with a pair of regular to thick socks. I am not sure if a shoe in Detroit would work as well, but the toe-box is fine in standard width.

@CanadaCal as promised, here are a few pictures of the EB shoes side-by-side. All from the great Skoaktiebolaget! Let me know if you think any additional angles would be helpful. The two chukkas are 363MOD. The etrusco wholecuts are 946F. The dark brown suede shoes are 946E. The width differences are hard to tell in the two 946 last shoes. The heel is a tad bit slimmer, and the instep is a bit lower, though that may not show so well in the pics.
