you have the right size on the shirt... your jeans seam a bit high... like you have a wedgie.

lol! the rise on skulls is pretty low, definitely do not have a wedgie or i could not wear them all day. in general, the top block on skulls fits slimmer than most jeans. i also washed them recently for the second time in two years, so i need to stretch them out a little.

Untuck the shirt man that looks terrible. Sag your jeans and cut your hair too. You are taking the parts of EG that are quirky and interesting and turning it into something that looks thrifted or cheesy vintage. It's far too uptight for EG standards, mess up your look a bit. :slayer:

I hope you like constructive criticism...

Do you cut your own hair? Honestly, that's what it looks like. Go get a decent haircut and put some product in it so that it doesn't poof out. There is no point in spending money on clothes and then wearing your hair like that. Or shave your head. It would look a million times better.

If your jeans are low rise, that means you are supposed to wear them lower. Like others said, those are pulled up too high and don't look right.

It is a pretty good rule of thumb to never tuck a button up shirt into jeans. It almost always ends up looking like a MC casual fit, i.e. like this, i.e. terrible.

(sorry if that was too brutal. I was in a bad mood. )

Look like you model yourself after the context Clothing website. Please don't. Use google.co.jp and google only japanese eg sites. That's how it supposes to be. Trail and error. Good luck.

hahaha, thanks for the feedback. yes yes, i need a haircut, it's probably been almost two months. i've been hosed w/ work, but i really do need to make an appointment asap. regarding tucking a button down into jeans, i'm just used to doing that since that's how i would wear it to work. i actually untucked the shirt later after i changed at the gym.

this eg shirt would look better with my samurai 0500 jeans, which fit much more relaxed. i'll consider pairing them with this shirt next time, just trying to get more wear on my skulls. :)

Thanks for the help

I did contact them and sadly they were Exclusive to Nepenthes. Not even McKinlays themselves can sell it externally as the designs are patented by Nepenthes ie they designed the overall shoe, material specs and all necessary details and finishes.

Amazing how hard it is to get something. Sucks how Japan tend to reveive the braver items and simply wont do overseas

Sun House styling

I've been in this shop last year!!

The owner It's a very nice and friendly guy, he's also design and produce a small label of workwear inspired clothes, I remember a very kind girl in the staff, very skilled in fabrics, treatments and so on.
I've buy there a couple of pieces: a sweatshirt of a company called "Medical Branch" with a very interesting vintage treatment and a wonderful pair of Burgus Chino (I think is in-house brand) exceptionally manufactured, with a stunning twill fabric and fit.

I don't remember if EG was available at the time, but lot of other brands was weel displayed in the shop, I'm glad they now have EG.

And also, finally, they got a very wide selection of GEKKOSO drawing pad, and so many other stationery notebook, cahiers and so on...

Thanks Timpoblete to show this nice picture.
