Another redoubt of Ivy/Trad clothing, Eljo's, Charlottesville VA, is for sale.
Hopefully, new owners will emerge to maintain availability of Classic Ivy/Trad
clothing at the beautiful University of Virgina. I was there in 2008 on my
way to a wedding in Tennessee. Reminded me of the College Shops of the
"Golden Age" when I was in school. The Andover Shop seems to be alive and
well after the deaths of its' founders, in their mid 90s ,several
years ago. Last year I got a great new sport coat from them
MTM. At the current rate, Ivy/Trad clothing will mainly be
obtainable from remotely-located O'Connells in Buffalo and a few others.
