    Some great stuff there.

Makes me even more excited to visit Naples next month.

It's interesting - I guess the ASW exclusive Cappellii prints aren't so exclusive...

For 50 euros, they better be fedex overnighting them to anywhere in the world.

Beautiful. That being said, $50+ for shipping is insane.

    I guess not.
Good news for consumers, bad news for bottom feeding middle men.

+1. 50 Euro, not dollars. WTF?

Are they hand delivered by hot, naked virgins? If they are, I'm in. Otherwise, I can't see this working. Hober ships from Asia for $11.

When selecting tie length, all options seem to be between 59 inches and 73 inches. What about us short guys?

Its also worth pointing out that the $106 price is for the basic three-fold. If one would like to opt for the six-fold, the price is $160 excl. shipping.

Still lovely ties, but perhaps not the deal they appeared to be at first blush.

+1 I clicked on the unlined box which added another $26.54. The total of $185.77 plus shipping for an sixfold unlined tie, ouch!

Why are people expecting a deal? This place is looking like ask andy more and more everyday.

50 euros covers shipping and duties - which are ungodly expensive on silks, wools, etc...

I was wondering about that... There are many posts here about how people have been screwed on customs and duties, it offers a certain peace of mind to know what is the final price you will pay.

I don't thinking anyone was complaining - merely pointing out that the article referenced in the OP was wrong in assuming that the ties were reasonably priced.

FWIW, I have ordered a ton of silks, wools from the EU (in larger quantities and weights that a single tie) and never been charged 50 euros for shipping. Either way, its his store / business and he is welcome to charge the price he likes. I'll continue to order via NSM.

As have I - but every once in a while I'm hit with a $200 bill for a single shirt from France.

You can order Cappelli via NsM? Does Mina bring swatches with her for ties? Is the construction then Cappelli as well or Mina does them using Cappelli silks?
