Just saw your edit. I did some research and people say that Nexus makes the quietest fans, so I'm thinking of getting two of these:

Also, people say you don't need an aftermarket cooler for the i5 2500k unless you're over clocking it. Do you think I should still get an aftermarket one if all I'm going to do is play games?
That all looks good. Shouldn't have much trouble. Make sure you set the BIOS to AHCI rather than IDE (most seem to default to IDE) in order for your SSD to work properly.
You may want to get some more case fans, a few Noctua 120mm fans should do the trick.
*edit* just noticed you don't have an aftermarket cooler. The stock intel one BLOWS. Loud as hell and ineffective.
