The waist appears original - if the waist was replaced it was done by EG. The shoes could be half resoled, but I think the "new soles" just refers to the topy job.Only need to worry that you just shared your target with all of SF
But seriously, they look like the uppers have been kept in good shape. Only big unknown is the quality of the resoling job. Difficult to tell without having them in-hand. Did someone rip off the sole and slap on a new one without replacing the cork, purely for resale market? Maybe ask who did the resoling and if there is a receipt from a cobbler.
