Who cares if his look goes against sf creed. His "style" is unique and hasn't changed much from the first day he posted the now famous pony shoes. He has found his look which is more than I can say for many forum members. I personally look forward to his posts.

I kind of dig the huge tie knots. It's not to say that I would ever do it myself, but that's because I don't have the sort of sartorial balls to wear it right. He pulls off clothes that have no hint of proper fit better than I could expect anyone else too. If the jeans were less roomy in the thighs, and the jackets sized down, then I bet that the results would be something. It'll be cool to see if he goes out on a limb and picks up some clothes that are his correct size.
