What is your gear of choice?

I'm looking to get a new board and I'm torn between the Jones Mtn Twin and the Arbor Element RX.

Last board I bought was a Burton 160 in the winter of 1991.

I've been using the same Nitro board for over 6 years now, with Forum ATF bindings. board tech has changed a lot in recent years from what I hear, but I'm happy with what I've got.

Bindings have come a long way - I've got Burton Cartels and compared to my old pair its like night and day.

Burton Supermodel with Cartel EST and Ruler boots.

You really need to pick your board to match your riding style and experience. My board would destroy beginners but it's great for me since I've been riding for 12 years.

You demand bespoke, hand-crafted and tailored clothing, why not demand the same of your snowboard?

Donek is a family-run company in Colorado that custom builds snowboards.

I got one in 2004 and it's still going strong. Whenever I take it to the pro shop for tuning, the guys there always ask about it, commenting on the quality.

I'm an intermediate rider that likes something all-mtn. I usually split my time between back bowls and the park.

+1 I get all my gear from these guys: http://www.trusnow.com/. I picked up several boards from them including the Sierra Reverse Crew (all mtn), Palmer Burn (all mtn), Sierra Bluebird (powder board), & GNU Carbon Credit (all mtn). Bindings all from Burton including CO2 (stiff), Mission (great all around binding), C60 (more forgiving than CO2 and cheaper) I love the look of Arbor boards but the Jones Twin Mountain looks sick too. From reading the reviews, they look similar. Anyway to sample them first? What is your board size? It may come down to your board size as they offer limited sizes. If I was going to buy an Arbor, I would just stick with the A-Frame. Beast!

Since my only recent experience is with Burton, I'd suggest a Custom with Cartel's.
