I almost always wear a short jacket - 38S. I'm 5'7 (and a half on a good day). I went into the store though to try on the 38R before I special ordered the short and it turned out the 38 regular was perfect in terms of length (except for the sleeves).- Lifeson22

Considering getting the Thorogood 685's - not sure what size to get though...... Description says fits true to size - but then towards the bottom says to get the same size you would wear in Clarks DB's (which is not TTS for me)... Can anyone comment on this?
