Thanks for the comments. As for my dessert, it would be rather odd, as that is dessert on the airplane and I am not flexible enough to move too much in the seat :) The only editing I did on most of those was to enrich the colours, that's about it. I just open it in Photoshop and adjust...- JetBlast

Thank you. I have actually taken to shooting more photos using less zoom - a problem I ran into quite frequently was that I would frame the shot so close when actually taking it, that if I went to edit it and it was not level, I would have to crop out parts of the shot I really wanted.
