Very late reply but thanks for the encouragement. Personally I think my facial hair deserves som harsh criticism the way it is now, but black metal vibe is good. I've mostly been into stuff like EG which I guess is "workwear lite", but I've realised I'm comfortable in that style so I'm...

I think some thick calf can get pretty cool looking creases too. My moto derbies in navy calf get much beefier creases than my trickers for example. They're very hard wearing too, I think so far at least.

I think Kapital century denims are much more wearable than one might think at a glance. I've got a grey pair that I've been wearing a ton since I got them last spring, I think they go with almost everything I got. I gotta get a kakishibu pair too, love those pants! Great look btw!

Leather Jackets: Post Pictures of the Best You've Seen/Owned?

Some of their jackets are a little dated or "old school" but for the most part it's just styling and fit (Aero especially doesn't have very good "fashion pics" on their website). Both brands have stuff that should work well for someone your age. For emphasis, here's Synthese (I think) in a...

@WBaker Some kind of pocket synergy going on between the pants and jacket there, nice. :)

I second the world being full of crap everything. I had a Viridi Anne canvas bag ruined instead of repaired recently. Sure, it was quite damaged and I fully expected the repairs to be visible but on that type of bag that can look pretty cool. I didn't expect the tailor to put huge leather...

24" certainly isn't "stick thin" but it shouldn't be much of a problem either. Check out A Kind of Guise, their wool trousers come in some wide yet tapered models. I bought a pair of "Möngö wide trousers" in grey wool seersucker last year, very comfy and look pretty good too.

Absolutely not! I just meant that waywt seems less active during summer, at least that's my impression.

Tbh I don't think quality is that bad in this thread. Fits are usually less interesting in the summer though so maybe that's it.

Correct! We were waiting for the Sumida river bus but since it was such a nice day we ended up having a picnic instead. Was wondering where that view in your pic was from but after some googling I guess it's bunkyo civic, right? Nice pics anyway!

Fortunately for me it's on the right side of almost too tight, it looks just about perfect. It could be more comfortable but I've still been wearing it almost daily since I got it. I'll just take it as extra motivation to get back into shape.

Yes, must be cut really big because I just got a black moleskin bedford that's XL and it's almost too tight even though I was kind of drowning in the xxl tweed. Also just ordered a shawl. I slept on it a bit too long so there was only a brown flannel left on TBB, but that will probably...

I bought a grey tweed Bedford in XXL from The Bureu Belfast but it's a bit too big so I'm returning it. If any of the bigger dudes are looking for one you can try contacting them, just figured I'd give a heads up. It's a really awesome tweed. It's this jacket...
