Just to confirm... you can't cash flow the property? Make sure it wouldn't be possible to make money off the property... if you can, you can move elsewhere and generate income with it. you should rent your house to military families and move somewhere a little closer to a city It has crossed my mind many times. This would be much easier in a major metro area. I absolutely concur. Feel free to give advice as if I were near a metro area, I'm somewhat close to Fredericksburg VA, which isnt a tiny town at least.- walked
