it's interesting that the 5 zip is perhaps the only SF staple jacket that seems to pair well with more contemporary fits. all the japanese repro types only really seem to work with 'SF 2010' slim denim, and double riders have long since become suburban mom staple thanks to zara etc- robinsongreen68

dont think it has at all honestly. fp polos were part of the 60s mod thing that then carried over into 80s/90s football casual/streetwear culture. but of that stoney/adidas (maybe fila?) are the only brands i can think of from the top of my head that have retained any cachet and are now super...- robinsongreen68

yes theyre a staple for me too, if nothing else they've killed the 'casual blazer' which we should all be thankful for some of those korean micro brands seem to have interesting tech-ish options, frizmworks for example. might be worth investigating- robinsongreen68

@superbobo at this point... everyone? my favourite 'dad options' are MHL, UU, and a UK brand called form & thread. for a more technical look stoney is king and allows you to cultivate that top boy vibe. americans should not wear stoney its cultural appropriation, drake hanging in the ends...- robinsongreen68
