Get them if you can afford it.. I ended up with the W&H version. But I wear out shoes fast, so found something similar for daily wear (going to replace the laces with colored ones)- stylesmurf

Some fit info in case it's of use to someone. I bought some APC New Cures in size 33. Measured flat they are not quite 34", and jeans that fit me pretty snug in the waist are almost exactly 34".
