Grilling salmon: High or Medium Heat? Direct or Indirect?
If approximately an inch thick, I use salt and pepper only; grill the first side for 6 minutes; and, then grill the second side for 4 minutes. I use the Costco salmon all the time. It is the freshest because of the high turn-over; they cannot keep it in the coolers it is in such high demand.- mfs
