Wearing Suits Casually
If you decide to not wear a tie just make sure you either have collar stays in the collar, or you aren't wearing a cheap flimsy shirt. Nothing looks worse than a folded over flimsy collar under a jacket. Notice in the pictures you posted that his collar is always crisp and upright.- sharks9022
