Yes, but once you remove the payment method from the account after winning the auction it cancels the autopay and generates a normal invoice. I was wrong though, there is actually an easier way which is to do manual checkout and then include a note to the seller instead. I was just impatient.- HighestPick

PSA regarding the autopay/inability to get free shipping: if you're forced into the one-hour window the only way to get around it is to remove your payment method from your account before it goes through. This will generate an invoice instead that can then be adjusted. Just learned this the hard...- HighestPick
