It comes up higher on the foot (and this fits securely), but at the same time feels a bit roomier than the Van - maybe due to the “shallower” toe box. I was wondering if should order 10EE or 9.5EE in this one, very glad I went 9.5EE- Alcibiades

My most recent buy, and maybe my favorite this year? Leffot 15th anniversary color 8 loafers - on crepe! I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but the loafer has a bit of a higher vamp than the classic LHS, making it fit much better IMO. The crepe makes pounding the pavement in Midtown...- Alcibiades

No storm welt, matched eyelets make this one look cleaner than most Light cordovan boots - B+M Whiskey Tankers from a few years ago, Amaretto Jumpers from last year, the aforementioned whiskey.
