This is a poor comparison. The perspective of looking upwards, as you’re photographing these mannequins, would make the gorge appear higher vs looking downwards (ever so slightly in the Hill photo). I got some on sale and would certainly say they're worth the money at that price point (~125-175 USD). If you learn your size, you can find many lightly worn or new online at comparable prices. Who do you all recommend for simple jobs, e.g. trouser and sport coat alterations. My typical alterations are taking in trousers at the waist, hemming, and taking in jackets. I noticed this about these two merchants this year, both Cettire and Italist had relatively big sales on Paraboot. For what it's worth the Avoriaz is on sale at Cettire: the classic color less so than this black style. Have you had poor experiences with them @whorishconsumer?- belgian_journalist

I was wondering this same thing too. I don't know for sure. If I had to guess, I'd say there's only one model out there (not one with or without contrasting stitching). The last picture on the End link looks like the contrasting stitching vs. the non-contrast in the first picture on End.- belgian_journalist

Could anyone comment on sizing differences between the Avignon and the Michael, if any. I just got a pair of Michaels in 42.5 (8.5 UK) which initially fit very snugly and then had some heel slippage, very similar to what someone describes here.
