Casual blazers without collars and lapels - Cardigan blazers(?)

Classic, straight, double pleated trousers which don't look pre-war and don't taper like contemporary cuts.

Looking for summery print shirts with long sleeves, not much choice
I find most summer shirts have short sleeves however this means when the sun goes down you're cold and when the sun is up you need to put sunscreen on your arms.
