Etherum has gone from 600 to 725 in less than 24 hours. The guys in a crypto messaging group I'm in are recommending ADA.

I think it's a part of it. I've been seeing stuff lately pointing to this as a reason. Distributed ledgers are incredibly useful, much as twitter and facebook monetize thru advertising, people hosting parts of distributed ledgers are rewarded in currency. While the end user might not interact...

This sorta nails part of it: https://www.cnbc.com/2017/12/12/nyus-scott-galloway-on-bitcoin.html NYU's Scott Galloway on bitcoin: 'It's basically young people saying they have no faith in our institutions'

No way, it's another sign institutional money is pouring in, hedge funds, etc. I've never seen anything like this. 6 months ago currencies were taking leaps and retracing their moves looking for support. Now the moves just stick with hardly any retracement at all.

    Formula 1 - F1 - Current Season Discussion

No ******* way. Speed of thought is tied to math. Great athletes are high end with geometry, etc. Watch that clip I posted about Ocon and math. If I was a team principal, no ******* way I would hire him. Brady sees the angles on a play. Steph Curry must do the most amazing geometry to...

    Formula 1 - F1 - Current Season Discussion

Driving race cars and doing math are intertwined. If a guy can't answer what 9 x 3 is, forget it. He's limited. My guess is he relies on Perez's data. Faced with leading a team, he'd wallow.

Ok, you're gonna play Ocon against me for the next 3 years, knowing he's no better than Perez, I get it. I'm not buying it this time. You sold me other dummies in the past. You'd try and sell me Gerhard Burger v Senna if this was back when. Ocon me all you want...

LTC 185? Make that 233. I'm up 7x. There are well established reputable coins like DASH, ARK, Monero an LISK that are unrepresented. In addition to that, they're holding my BCC which is bullshit.

Yes. You're in the right place. I got my LTC at $30.80, waiting it out was worth it now that it's at 185.

Thanks. Bitcoin is conflated with the space as a whole because of the poor reporting on the subject, yet another example that journalism is in shambles across the spectrum. Bitcoin has brand recognition, and it's main purpose at this point is as a value store. Not much commerce is being done...

    Site Topics - Part II

In CE, we're all running into assholes all day so that means we're all acting like assholes? If this was the meaning of your wisest post, then I concur. I've flagged about 3 posts in a year, so if that equates to a share, so be it. You chose to call me out by name, which is the only reason I...

A certain vocal group with certain political leanings should be evaluated. Peruse the thread tags in many CE threads and see abusive statements about me and others, for example: I can take the abuse, and would not otherwise have come here to whinge about it, but ^ should provide clarity on...
