Whats the inseam on Petit Standards (size 26 if it matters)? Couldn't tell you, but I'm 5'8" and I hemmed probably 2 or 3 inches off of my PS 26 (with some stacking still left).- Leif

size down 1 on the New Cures to a 31. nah APC has like an inch more due to vanity sizing so it'd be like him getting it in his actual size... I'd say go with the 30.- Leif

Also APC jeans usually look good when worn low so maybe that should be taken into account. If you do so, make sure you measure your "true waist" where you will want the jeans to sit.- Leif

That shirt seems a little overkill... I think the gingham is just too big. Definitely look into Fred Perry though, their shirts fit slim.- Leif

How does Alternative A fit compared to American A. Larger or smaller? Slimmer or more full? Thanks in advanced. In my experience, Alternative fits a bit slimmer, the sleeves are shorter also.- Leif

^Humorously, one of those wingtip sneakers IS made by generic man (though not under that label). I like generic man's aesthetic and look, but this diffusion line didn't turn out that great... I would maybe get the plimsolls if they were cheap.- Leif

As I mentioned in a previous post, I'm looking for some brogued wingtip sneakers to wear with my New Cures. I'm in high school, so I don't want to look stuffy, but am also trying to avoid the ubiquitous athletic shoes with jeans look that is oh so common in H.S. Anyway, these will be my everyday...- Leif

From the pictures I have seen... they fade (slowly) but do not have as much contrast as indigo, the whiskers are subtle and I don't remember seeing honeycombs.- Leif
