Please critique my first WW Chan bespoke shirt

i don't think that's the problem. if the shoulders were cut too square then there would be rippling around where the collar meets the shoulders, which in his pictures are completely smooth and flat; i think he may just have square shoulders. i think the problem is that his shoulders are hunched...

Come back after two more launderings. The shirt hasn't finished shrinking yet. I plan on hand-washing and hang drying the shirt after this. Will it still shrink?

Please walk around with your hands held in that position exactly and show us with a video. I posted new pics standing with my arms in a normal position. A private video show is gonna cost ya ;-)

Nice collar! I like it but the armhole should be reduced for a better fit and to avoid those terrible wrinkles and the sleeves are too long. I also liked the fallen shoulder , the straight back and the hidden buttons, I own two similar from Xacus . Pardon my ignorance, what's a "fallen shoulder"?

Please critique my first WW Chan bespoke shirt

Thanks for the feedback thus far. I've washed the shirt once (on delicate, warm) and tumbled dry on delicate setting for 20 minutes. I've also ironed it. Here's how it looks now after a morning commute to work. These pics were taken with an iPhone, so apologies for the low-res: Robwynge...

i know. you and every body else. but from what I can tell, it looks pretty good. you plan on wearing a tie with that? if so, take a shot or two with the top buttoned, and please don't do the scarecrow pose. if there is extra material in the back under the arms, we'll see it when you stand...

Please, please, if you're going to solicit comments, have the patience and courtesy of ironing the thing and stand normally. Will do and I'll repost. I just got too excited! I literally got the shirt in the last hour.

My first question is thus: is that how you naturally stand? It's kinda intimidating, so . - B Haha, I don't normally stand like that :-) Just hand my arms up to show the amount of fabric around the chest area.

About a month ago I met with Patrick from WW Chan and was measured for two pairs of pants, and four *****. I just received the part of my first order with WW Chan: one shirt and one pair of pants. The pants fit perfectly, so I'm not going to make any changes for the rest of the pants order...

    Glaser Flaptop has arrived....

Their website says $907 for the 17" Flaptop and only has one color. It's available in a variety of colors. I just picked up my espresso calfskin one yesterday. Check this thread for pics: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=89358

    Briefcase Appreciation thread

I think so. I'm always surpised how well this combo cleans up a pair of shoes. I'm not a huge fan of the mirror shine though. Post pics if possible. Myron from Glaser recommends not using leather conditioner of any kind on their bags. He recommends using Nivea body lotion instead.

My New Glaser Flaptop Briefcase Bag in Espresso Calfskin

There's no way I could justify the expense in this economy, but I am severely tempted. I know what you mean. Just think though, it'll last through this sour economy, and many more to come.

My New Glaser Flaptop Briefcase Bag in Espresso Calfskin

I just picked up my brand new Glaser A4 Flaptop bag yesterday. And I'm in love. The bag is made in Espresso calfskin leather. I ordered it on October 24, and it was completed yesterday on November 21. Much quicker than estimated. Total price before tax was $1,456. I believe the normal pricing...

    Glaser Flaptop has arrived....

Looks very nice! Although I have to say, it looks much better in person when I saw it in the shop. I ordered my flaptop a few weeks ago in the Espresso Calfskin, can't wait!

    Crockett and Jones Lowndes

Nice, thanks for the review. I'm still waiting for my Hallams (any day...). The Lowndes is next. Did you pick up a pair of the Ralph Lauren Bentons (CJ Handgrade Belgrave equivalents) from grapevinehill? You may have already seen the thread yesteray, but if not, check it out, a steal at $269...

Nice. So... what's the verdict? I like them. My first impression before putting them on was that they were a bit pointier than expected. I worried they would look "dainty" or "witchy" when worn. After putting them on and looking in the mirror, I've grown fond of them. The slope of the toebox to...

Um, Amex generally bilks one to the tune of 4% on currency conversion.... Really? I've never noticed extra fees on my Amex. On my visa I always get gouged!
