Found 9 Purple Label shirts and 9 Purple Label ties at an estate sale!! Had to leave the Purple Label suits and cashmere sport coats and tuxedo (size 56) and left 3 or 4 of the “bolder” Purple Label ties. Evidently this gentleman - who is downsizing - was a General in the Army.- amerikajinda

You never want to put all your eggs in one basket... instead look for companies that have a history of increasing their dividend yield over time as well as a history of paying out a consistent dividend. I just picked up some EPD but in looking at Ares... the price to economic book value ratio doesn't look good and their free cash flow yield is not that good either and most importantly their return on invested capital is really ugly.
