    That's because it's huge.

Probably won't be a Rolex, but I'll definitely be passing down my Omega Speedmaster Triple Date... after I get it repaired... and if I ever have a son.

Some people inherit Rolexes, some people inherit Omegas, others like me inherit dinged up Seiko 5s.

    That's insanely stupid.

So true. They're hideous. Who approved this?

That is really nice. Too bad it's too big for its style.

I am a big fan of what Longines have been doing lately, but what's going on with the dial here?

    Scent/Fragrance of the Day thread

Went with Penhaligon's Opus 1870 today. Love how delicate all the notes are. Nothing jumps out more than it needs to, and everything works so well together. A proper gentlemanly scent.

CAVOUR Official Community - Discuss Tailoring, Shirting, Shoes & More - Official Affiliate Thread

Yeah, my seat is pretty much covered entirely. I don't think anything looks wrong, but it just doesn't feel right at this length. Oh well, I'm just gonna have to live with it. If I had that kind of access and dough to get bespoke tailoring, I would. I've never had trouble finding RTW jackets...

CAVOUR Official Community - Discuss Tailoring, Shirting, Shoes & More - Official Affiliate Thread

I have a question for you seasoned Cavourheads. I have a couple of sport jackets in size 50 that I purchased within the past two years. The shoulder width and chest circumference are perfect for both, but I recently started noticing how long these jackets are. I wore them quite a lot, but...

    Scent/Fragrance of the Day thread

I bought full bottles of Penhaligon's Opus 1870 and Endymion the other day. Went with the latter today, and though longevity is weak, I can excuse it because I'm just a sucker for this scent profile. Such an elegant and graceful fragrance.

What Movies Are You Watching Lately

Tried to watch Uncut Gems today. Couldn't get past the hour mark. What a steaming pile of hot dog****. I'll try to pick up again when I'm home alone so that no one else has to be tortured by the constant yelling and profanity.

What Movies Are You Watching Lately

Fair enough, I noticed that this is a common thing with many people. Vol. 1 is a lot more cartoonish, but I thought it was entertaining. Not a movie I'd re-watch frequently, but I could see myself revisiting it every now and then.

What Movies Are You Watching Lately

Just got around to watching Kill Bill Vol. 1 And 2 over the past couple of weekends. They're both pretty enjoyable, and I loved the exaggerated combat scenes and gore. It's also interesting how differently paced they both are, which sort of makes sense given that they were originally intended to...

Admiring the view of unfolded laundry. There's a nice dial hidden somewhere in there. Got this a few days ago because I was itching to wear an automatic after getting bored wearing my only other two working quartz watches. My Speedy has a broken mainspring and fixing it will make me a proper...

"Just in case you didn't notice the 24-hour ring on the dial, we also added a 24-hour bezel because you're too dumb to realize that this is a GMT. " - Probably someone at Kurono Tokyo.
