Great boot if perhaps on the heavy side, built like tanks. Got mine for £210 mid 2020 and was shocked at the price of them now when I clicked on the link.

Lovely job, will def get something similar done down the line to my pair, danite soles and no speed hooks mean I don't wear my pair anywhere near enough. Have wondered what they would look like with a commando sole or a lightweight vibram

Nice, I'd imagine these are supercomfy- bought a pair myself a few years ago from a sale via flannels if I'm not mistaken -you yourself had kindly highlighted. I found the fit on them quite big either through the leather being super soft or due to the style of lacing or more likely a combination...

Had two pairs of as shoes saved on watching on ebay and got an offer on a pair- I mistakenly thought they were the pair of armfields I had saved and pulled the trigger without looking properly, on inspection after they weren't the pair I thought but I'm stumped by what they are are, not...

However considering that AS is hard to get and I own a few styles already, really like their stuff there...

Those look great, I have always felt that the shaft of that boot design was off, sort of like a bit added onto a shoe, but seeing that pic my thoughts are very much changed!
