Tom Ford Orford
Try them on in person if you can at all help it. They are lovely but TF shoes have a slightly different last and the sizing can be wildly errant depending on where you live (I'm US and most of the shoes here follow UK sizing, for example). Belt Advice Needed
I would go for something a little brighter, like a royal blue patent. I've seen good options from Burberry and Ted Baker but my favorite quick search result was this one. Have fun with it. It's a great touch.- Jason Wagg

Suit pants. To cuff or not to cuff?
Personal style choice. I personally love cuffs with a wider lapel or heavy collar but will often get an additional pair of the same pants hemmed shorter without cuffs for a more modern look to pair with cleaner styles or sportier colors on top.- Jason Wagg
